Why do I need this if I have an agent?
In Portugal the listing agent is paid by the seller — that is who they work for. There is no MLS, no standard survey culture, and the three official registries sometimes contradict each other. CasaAudit works only for you, the buyer.
Is this a valuation or legal advice?
No. A dossier is an information report: verified facts with sources and confidence levels. For legally binding checks you still need a lawyer and the câmara municipal — our dossier tells you exactly what to ask them.
Where do the photos come from?
Photos belong to the agency that took them, so we never copy or re-host them. Where a listing has photos we display them from the source portal, always credited and linked back. On top of that we add our own aerial imagery of the location — that part is ours.
