We bring you the buyer. We don’t list.
We are a buyer-side service for foreign buyers. We hold no portfolio, we do not take listings and we never represent the seller. When our client buys through your agency, we ask for a share of the commission your agency was already going to earn.
What you get
A buyer who arrives decided. Before asking for a viewing they have already seen the flood zone, the land class, the fixed-line coverage, the price history and the €/m² against their own street and against real sales in the municipality. None of it surfaces halfway through, and none of it kills the deal late.
We ask for no exclusivity, we do not ask you to pull the advert from any portal, and we do not speak to the owner.
What we ask
A share of the commission, agreed in writing before the first viewing. Nothing is charged to the buyer — that is what lets us stay on their side without a conflict. The percentage is a conversation to have with you; what we need to know first is whether your agency shares with a buyer’s agent at all.
Who we are
We read every day, across the twelve CIM Oeste municipalities, 10,791 public adverts, and run 80+ checks against official registries — DGT, APA, ANACOM, INE. We are in Caldas da Rainha. We do not have an AMI licence yet: we are confirming with agencies like yours whether this model works before going for it.
A second question
Do you publish your listings as a feed — Kyero XML or anything similar? If you do, we would rather show your properties from your own feed: your photos, your text, your reference, updating when you update. Today we link out to portals, which serves neither side well.
